Overview

Sunvozertinib (DZD9008) is a selective, irreversible small molecule inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), specifically designed to target EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations and HER2 mutations. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with these genetic alterations. Golidocitinib (DZD4205, previously known as AZD4205) is an orally available, potent and highly selective Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor under development for oncology indications, including NSCLC and peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The combination of sunvozertinib and golidocitinib is being investigated in clinical trials for patients with NSCLC who have failed standard treatments and harbor EGFR mutations[4][6][7].
