This combination: - Potentiates and sustains DC maturation and proinflammatory cytokine production via JAK/STAT and TLR signaling - Promotes robust antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) and antibody responses - Aims to overcome immune tolerance, improve tumor antigen presentation, and break suppressive tumor and viral microenvironments - Targets diseases where current DC vaccines have suboptimal effectiveness (e.g., cancer, hepatitis C virus infection)[1][3].
