Overview
Super P-Force is an oral combination therapy developed and manufactured by Sunrise Remedies for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It contains sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and dapoxetine hydrochloride, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Sildenafil enhances the smooth muscle relaxant effects of nitric oxide by blocking PDE5, thereby increasing blood flow to the penis. Dapoxetine acts by inhibiting the serotonin transporter (SERT), increasing serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft and delaying the ejaculatory reflex. This dual-action approach addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of male sexual dysfunction.
