Overview

Super1 TCR-T is an investigational, autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T cell therapy designed to target tumor cells expressing the **NY-ESO-1 antigen**. In this therapy, a patient's T cells are genetically modified to express a T cell receptor (TCR) specific for the NY-ESO-1 antigen, enabling the engineered T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells presenting this antigen on their surface. This approach is a form of targeted immunotherapy, leveraging the specificity and cytotoxic potential of T cells enhanced through genetic modification. Super1 TCR-T is being evaluated in an open-label, phase I clinical trial in patients with advanced solid tumors positive for NY-ESO-1, with all participants receiving lymphodepleting preconditioning prior to infusion. The goal is to assess safety and initial efficacy in this patient population[4][5][9].
