Supercell Glue is an autologous regenerative material composed of Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) and Peripheral Blood Mesenchymal Stem Cells (PBMSCs). Developed by researchers at the KLE Society's Institute of Dental Sciences, it is designed to leverage the osteogenic and regenerative properties of both components to treat periodontal intraosseous defects. The formulation utilizes a patented gel that simplifies the preparation process by eliminating the second centrifugation step typically required for PRFM production. It is primarily indicated for the regeneration of mandibular periodontal intraosseous defects in patients with chronic periodontitis, where it acts as a scaffold and cell delivery system to promote bone and tissue repair.
