Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SUPREP mini S** is an oral fixed-dose bowel-cleansing preparation developed by Taejoon for colonoscopy and colonic X-ray preparation. It is an upgraded mini oral sulfate tablet product corresponding to CTP-0302 and combines anhydrous sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and simethicone. The sulfate salts act as poorly absorbed osmotic agents that retain water in the intestinal lumen and induce catharsis, while simethicone reduces foam and residual bubbles to improve mucosal visualization during colonoscopy.
