Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Surfaz-SN is a topical combination cream developed and marketed by Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of mixed skin infections. It contains beclomethasone dipropionate, a corticosteroid that alleviates inflammation, itching, and redness; clotrimazole, a broad-spectrum imidazole antifungal that disrupts fungal cell membrane integrity; and neomycin sulphate, an aminoglycoside antibiotic that targets bacterial protein synthesis. This triple-action formulation is specifically indicated for dermatological conditions where bacterial or fungal infections are present alongside inflammatory symptoms.
