It inhibits angiogenesis and modulates the tumor immune microenvironment by affecting tumor-associated macrophages. - **Camrelizumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immunity. - **Irinotecan** is a cytotoxic chemotherapy agent, specifically a topoisomerase I inhibitor, which interferes with DNA replication in cancer cells. - **GM-CSF** (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) is a cytokine that stimulates the production and function of white blood cells, supporting immune response. This combination has been studied as second-line treatment for advanced colorectal cancer in patients who have progressed on or are intolerant to standard first-line therapy. Early-phase clinical trials have shown manageable safety profiles and promising anti-tumor activity[1][2][6].
