surufatinib + toripalimab

Surufatinib + toripalimab is a combination therapy consisting of surufatinib, an oral angio-immuno tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and toripalimab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1. Surufatinib selectively inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (VEGFR1), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3), fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1), and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R), simultaneously inhibiting angiogenesis and regulating tumor-associated macrophages. Toripalimab blocks the PD-L1/PD-1 pathway, enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. This combination has shown promising anti-tumor activity in various advanced solid tumors, including neuroendocrine carcinomas, non-small cell lung cancer, and small cell lung cancer.
