Surv.m-CRA-2-IC is a Type 2 conditionally replicating oncolytic adenovirus (mCRA) developed by Surv BioPharma. The agent is engineered to selectively replicate within and destroy tumor cells (oncolysis) while sparing healthy tissue. Additionally, it is 'armed' with a therapeutic gene designed to stimulate the host's immune system against the cancer. Currently in the IND-enabling stage, Surv.m-CRA-2-IC is being developed for the treatment of various invasive and metastatic solid tumors.
