survivin + MAGE-A4 DPX is a preclinical cancer immunotherapy concept based on IMV’s DPX lipid-in-oil delivery platform, designed to elicit potent, durable CD8 and CD4 T‑cell responses against tumor-associated antigens survivin and melanoma-associated antigen A4 (MAGE-A4). The construct would incorporate selected HLA-restricted, immunogenic peptide epitopes from survivin—a broadly overexpressed inhibitor of apoptosis protein in solid and hematologic malignancies—and from MAGE-A4, a cancer-testis antigen commonly expressed in high-risk tumors, formulated in the DPX depot system to promote sustained in vivo antigen presentation and T‑cell priming.[3][7][5] By generating dual-targeted, tumor-specific T cells, the therapy is intended to enhance tumor cell killing, limit immune escape, and potentially synergize with checkpoint blockade in indications where survivin and MAGE-A4 are co-expressed.
