Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SV-101** is an investigational multi-target immunotherapy drug developed by Syncromune for use in the SYNC-T in situ cancer-immunotherapy approach. In Phase 1 studies, controlled partial tumor cryolysis is followed by intratumoral administration of SV-101, with the aim of releasing patient-specific tumor antigens and locally delivering multiple immunomodulatory agents to stimulate antitumor T-cell responses while counteracting tumor immune evasion. SV-101 has been studied in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including metastatic breast cancer and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
