SW-H-201 is an investigational personalized mRNA-based neoantigen vaccine developed by Stemirna Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including esophageal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The vaccine utilizes the company's proprietary Lipopolyplex (LPP) delivery platform, which encapsulates mRNA encoding patient-specific neoantigens identified through next-generation sequencing of a patient's tumor biopsy. Upon subcutaneous administration, the mRNA is translated into proteins that are processed and presented by antigen-presenting cells, thereby stimulating a targeted T-cell immune response, specifically activating CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, against the unique mutations present in the patient's cancer cells. This approach aims to induce a robust and specific anti-tumor response tailored to the individual's unique tumor profile.
