Overview

SWA1211 is a next-generation, small molecule inhibitor of hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1, also known as MAP4K1) developed by Beijing StoneWise Technology. HPK1 is a member of the MAP4K family and acts as a negative regulator of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling. By selectively inhibiting HPK1, SWA1211 enhances T-cell activation and restores anti-tumor immune responses. The compound was designed using a proprietary 3D molecular generation model and has demonstrated high potency and selectivity in preclinical studies, including tumor shrinkage in syngeneic mouse models. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed standard treatments.
