Swine Mycoplasma inactivated vaccines are veterinary biologics used to immunize pigs against *Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae*, the primary pathogen responsible for Enzootic Pneumonia and a major contributor to the Porcine Respiratory Disease Complex (PRDC). These vaccines consist of chemically or physically inactivated (killed) whole-cell bacterial cultures. They are typically formulated with adjuvants, such as oil-in-water emulsions, carbomers, or aluminum salts, to stimulate a robust immune response. Vaccination is generally performed in piglets to reduce the severity of lung lesions, decrease bacterial shedding, and improve average daily weight gain.
