Overview

SWM-XXX is an autologous T cell therapy developed by Swarm Oncology using its proprietary Swarm-T platform. The therapy is engineered to recognize patient-specific tumor neoantigens, which are unique mutations found only in the patient's tumor cells. By isolating and expanding T cells that target these neoantigens, the treatment aims to provide a highly personalized and precise immune response against solid tumors. SWM-XXX is currently being evaluated for the treatment of various malignancies, including head and neck cancer, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer, with the goal of minimizing off-target effects and enhancing anti-tumor efficacy.
