Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SWT012 is a lead bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Sidewinder Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to target specific receptor co-complexes found on cancer cells, a strategy intended to improve the therapeutic index by enhancing drug delivery to tumors while sparing normal tissues. The candidate is built using Synaffix's (a Lonza company) ADC technology platform, incorporating GlycoConnect for site-specific conjugation, HydraSpace for improved solubility and stability, and toxSYN payloads. Sidewinder Therapeutics plans to advance SWT012 into clinical trials in 2027.
