SYALOSET 2000 is a medical device developed by RiverPharma, designed as a synovial fluid substitute for patients suffering from degenerative or mechanical arthropathy. The product is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic solution containing 1.5% high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (>2000 kDa) produced via bacterial fermentation.
