Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYH9102 is a ready-to-use, long-acting goserelin sustained-release injection developed by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group. The active ingredient is goserelin, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor agonist. SYH9102 utilizes CSPC's long-acting delivery platform to form an in-situ drug depot after subcutaneous injection, allowing for once-monthly dosing. Compared to existing marketed long-acting goserelin formulations, SYH9102 uses a finer needle, requires a smaller injection volume, and does not require a specialized implantation needle or complex preparation, which is expected to reduce injection-site pain and improve patient compliance. In September 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved clinical trials for SYH9102 for the treatment of solid tumors. It also has potential applications in estrogen-dependent conditions such as endometriosis.
