Overview

SYHA1803 is an orally administered, small molecule pan-FGFR (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor) inhibitor developed by CSPC Zhongqi Pharmaceutical Technology. It is designed to potently and selectively inhibit FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFR3, which are receptor tyrosine kinases that play critical roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of FGFR signaling through gene amplification, mutation, or translocation is a known driver in various malignancies, including intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and urothelial carcinoma. By blocking these receptors, SYHA1803 inhibits downstream signaling pathways such as RAS-MAPK and PI3K-AKT, thereby suppressing tumor growth. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring FGFR alterations.
