Overview

SYHA1805 is a novel small-molecule agonist of the farnesoid X receptor (FXR), developed primarily for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). It is administered orally and is currently in early-phase clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy subjects. Preclinical studies suggest that SYHA1805 has high selectivity for its target and can significantly ameliorate liver fibrosis, with promising efficacy and safety profiles. There are currently no other products of this specific type available globally[1][3][4][6].
