Overview

SYHA1807 is an orally available, small-molecule inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1; also known as KDM1A), under development for the treatment of small-cell lung cancer. By inhibiting LSD1, a histone demethylase involved in epigenetic regulation and gene expression, SYHA1807 has potential antineoplastic activity. Preclinical studies have demonstrated promising anti-tumor efficacy and safety profiles. The drug is currently being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer[1][2][3][4][5][6][7].
