Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYHA1811 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor being developed by CSPC NBP Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group) in collaboration with Shanghai Runshi Pharmaceutical Technology and the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica. It is designed to selectively inhibit BTK, a critical mediator in the B-cell receptor signaling pathway that drives the survival and proliferation of various B-cell malignancies. In May 2021, SYHA1811 received clinical trial approval in China for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma, including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation.
