Overview
Combination of **SYHA1813**, a novel orally administered dual inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), and **carboplatin**, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent. SYHA1813 exhibits antitumor activity through inhibition of VEGFR and CSF1R kinase activity, resulting in anti-angiogenic effects, direct tumor cell apoptosis, G2/M cell cycle arrest, induction of the p53 pathway, impairment of DNA damage repair, and inhibition of macrophages and endothelial cell viability. Carboplatin acts by inducing DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. This combination may be under clinical evaluation for recurrent or advanced solid tumors, including glioblastoma and meningioma[2][4][6].
