Overview

SYHX1903 is a highly selective small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9), developed for the treatment of hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and relapsed/refractory malignant lymphoma. The drug acts by inhibiting CDK9, which plays a key role in regulating transcription and cell cycle progression in cancer cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant anti-tumor efficacy and good safety profiles. SYHX1903 is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with hematological malignancies. Developers: CSPC Zhongqi Pharmaceutical Technology Shijiazhuang SYHX1903 is administered orally and has not yet received FDA designation or approval. It has also been studied for use in solid tumors at the preclinical stage. Cardiotoxicity was observed as a potential adverse effect during clinical evaluation.
