SYHX1903 is a highly selective small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9), developed for the treatment of hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and relapsed/refractory malignant lymphoma. The drug acts by inhibiting CDK9, which plays a key role in regulating transcription and cell cycle progression in cancer cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant anti-tumor efficacy and good safety profiles. SYHX1903 is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with hematological malignancies.
