SYHX2001

SYHX2001 is an orally bioavailable, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5), developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. By selectively binding to PRMT5, SYHX2001 inhibits its enzymatic activity, leading to potential antiproliferative and antineoplastic effects. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant efficacy in models of acute myeloid leukemia, pancreatic cancer, melanoma, and adenoid cystic carcinoma. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for safety and tolerability in patients with advanced or metastatic cancers who have exhausted standard treatments[1][2][3][4][5][7].
