Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYHX2005 is an orally bioavailable, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4). It acts as a type I FGFR4 antagonist and is being developed for its potential antineoplastic (anti-cancer) activity. The drug is designed to block the activity of FGFR4, a receptor implicated in the growth and survival of certain cancer cells. SYHX2005 is currently under investigation in early-phase clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors[1][2][7].
