Overview

SYHX2009 is a Class 1 innovative small molecule dual inhibitor of neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase (NTRK) and proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase ROS1 (ROS1). Developed by CSPC NBP Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, the drug is designed to target solid tumors harboring NTRK or ROS1 gene rearrangements, fusions, and their positive resistance mutations. By selectively inhibiting NTRK and ROS1 signaling pathways, SYHX2009 blocks downstream oncogenic cascades that drive tumor cell proliferation and survival. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor activity with a favorable safety profile. SYHX2009 is currently in Phase I clinical development in China for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
