SYM004 + nivolumab

SYM004 + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy of two drugs, each with a distinct mechanism targeting cancer cells. **SYM004** is a 1:1 mixture of two recombinant chimeric IgG1 monoclonal antibodies (mAb992 and mAb1024) that target non-overlapping epitopes on the extracellular domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
