The drug is being investigated primarily for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). As of March 2025, it is in Phase 1 clinical trials, with ongoing studies evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and food effects in healthy adult subjects[1][2][4][9].
