Overview

**SYNC-T** is Syncromune's investigational, personalized in situ cancer-immunotherapy regimen for metastatic solid tumors. The therapy uses image-guided device-induced partial tumor cryolysis to release patient-specific tumor antigens and create an in situ multi-antigen vaccine, followed immediately by intratumoral administration of the fixed-dose multi-target biologic combination **SV-102**. SV-102 contains low-dose anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibodies, a CD40 agonist monoclonal antibody, and a TLR9 agonist CpG oligodeoxynucleotide. The regimen is intended to synchronize tumor-antigen release, local immune activation, and checkpoint blockade to generate systemic antitumor T-cell responses while limiting systemic exposure. Syncromune is developing SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
