SynchroLINK T2X ADC

SynchroLINK T2X ADC is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform developed by MaveriX Oncology. These ADCs are engineered with a sequential intracellular activation mechanism designed to decouple cytotoxic activity from short-duration extracellular exposure. Unlike conventional ADCs that may suffer from rapid payload release and Cmax-driven toxicity, T2X ADCs utilize controlled intracellular trafficking and processing. They localize within perinuclear, membrane-associated compartments, allowing for sustained intracellular exposure and a potentially improved therapeutic index. This approach aims to reduce non-specific toxicity while maintaining potency against cancer cells.
