Syncrovax

Syncrovax is a **personalized in situ cancer immunotherapy platform** being developed by Syncromune for metastatic solid tumors. The therapy is described as a **combination biologic** that uses a two-step approach: local tumor lysis to induce immunogenic cell death and release patient-specific tumor antigens and damage-associated molecular patterns, followed by **intratumoral infusion** of a proprietary fixed-dose four-component immunotherapy mixture into the lysed tumor. One disclosed active component is **YH002**, an **OX40 agonist antibody** licensed from Eucure Biopharma; the other three active ingredients have not been publicly disclosed. The intended mechanism is to convert the treated lesion into an autologous in situ vaccine, activate antigen-presenting cells and cytotoxic T cells, and generate systemic antitumor immunity against metastatic disease.
