Overview

Synflorix + Infanrix hexa + Rotarix is a co-administered vaccine regimen developed by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for routine infant immunization. This combination provides broad protection against eight major pediatric pathogens. **Infanrix hexa** is a hexavalent vaccine protecting against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis, and *Haemophilus influenzae* type b. **Synflorix** is a 10-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV-10) targeting ten serotypes of *Streptococcus pneumoniae*. **Rotarix** is a monovalent, live attenuated oral vaccine designed to prevent rotavirus gastroenteritis. These vaccines are typically administered together at 2, 4, and 6 months of age (or similar schedules) to simplify the immunization process and ensure high coverage against life-threatening childhood infections.
