Overview
SyNUCLID is an oral dietary supplement developed by Epitech, formulated as a dispersible powder to support the nervous system under conditions of stress, mental and physical fatigue, or increased nutritional needs. The patented formulation is a fixed-dose combination containing co-ultramicronized palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) and quercetin (forming the PEA-q ultramicrocomposite), along with citicoline sodium, vitamin C, and chicory-derived inulin. PEA acts as an endogenous lipid mediator that modulates neuroinflammation and pain pathways, primarily through PPAR-alpha activation and mast cell regulation. Quercetin provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support, while citicoline serves as a precursor for phospholipid synthesis to support neuronal membrane integrity and cholinergic neurotransmission. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, and inulin serves as a prebiotic fiber.
