Overview

SYP-2583 is an investigational mRNA vaccine candidate being developed by Samyang Holdings Biopharm Group for the prevention or treatment of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection. The vaccine is formulated using Samyang's proprietary SENS™ (Samyang Elucidated Nanoparticle System) platform, which utilizes nanoparticle technology to facilitate the stable delivery and cellular uptake of mRNA. Currently in the preclinical stage, SYP-2583 is designed to induce a robust immune response against HCV by enabling the expression of viral antigens within the host, addressing a significant global need for effective HCV prevention and therapeutic strategies.
