Overview

SYS6002 + enlonstobart is an investigational combination therapy comprising two agents for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly in oncology indications such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, and other solid tumors. SYS6002 (also known as CRB-701) is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4, conjugated to a cytotoxic payload via a third-generation, site-specific cleavable linker, designed to deliver targeted chemotherapy to Nectin-4 positive tumor cells[7][3]. Enlonstobart (SG001, Enshuxing) is a fully humanized immunoglobulin G4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance T-lymphocyte mediated anti-tumor immunity[1][4][6][8]. The combination aims to leverage the direct tumoricidal effects of SYS6002 and the immunomodulatory effects of enlonstobart, potentially providing enhanced efficacy in Nectin-4 and PD-L1 positive tumors. Clinical investigation is ongoing, particularly in head and neck cancers and other solid tumors[3].
