Overview

SYS6023 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. It targets Human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) and is administered via intravenous infusion. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical study for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic profiles, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors.
