Overview

SYS6026 + enlonstobart is an investigational combination therapy consisting of SYS6026, a bivalent mRNA therapeutic vaccine, and enlonstobart (SG001), a fully humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. Developed by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group through its subsidiary CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical, the combination is being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 or 18. SYS6026 is designed to target the HPV E6 and E7 antigens to prime HPV16/18-specific T-cell responses, while enlonstobart blocks the PD-1 pathway to enhance and sustain these T-cell responses against the tumor cells.
