Overview
SYS6043 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of advanced and metastatic solid tumors. It specifically targets B7-H3, a protein that is abnormally expressed in various cancers and associated with tumor progression. The ADC binds to B7-H3 on the surface of tumor cells, enters the cells via endocytosis, and releases cytotoxic agents to induce tumor cell death. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity across multiple cancer models.
