SYS6045 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group and CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical. It consists of a monoclonal antibody linked to a cytotoxic agent, designed to bind specific tumor surface receptors, enter tumor cells via endocytosis, and release cytotoxins intracellularly, resulting in tumor cell death. Preclinical studies indicate broad anti-tumor activity, and the drug is under clinical investigation as a Class 1 therapeutic biological product for advanced solid tumors, particularly HER2-positive, expressing, or mutated solid tumors including breast, gastric, endometrial, cervical, and colorectal cancers[1][2][3][5][7].
