Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6062 is an investigational monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5), developed by CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical (a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group). The drug is designed to selectively bind to CEACAM5 on the surface of tumor cells, undergo receptor-mediated internalization via endocytosis, and release its cytotoxic payload intracellularly to induce cell death. SYS6062 is being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
