Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6063 is an autologous, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy directed against CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). Developed by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (specifically its subsidiary CSPC Zhongqi Pharmaceutical Technology), SYS6063 is designed to treat autoimmune disorders by inducing deep and durable depletion of the B-cell lineage, including both mature B cells and long-lived plasma cells. The therapy is currently under investigation in a Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with relapsed or refractory systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who have failed standard-of-care treatments, including biologic therapies.
