Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6077 is an off-the-shelf, universal therapeutic messenger RNA (mRNA) cancer vaccine developed by CSPC (through its subsidiary Beijing Kangchuanglian Biopharmaceutical Technology Research). Developed using CSPC's proprietary nano-delivery technology platform, SYS6077 encodes multiple tumor neoantigens to stimulate antigen-specific T-cell immune responses, thereby enhancing the body's ability to recognize and target tumor cells. In September 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved clinical trials for SYS6077, and it is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.
