Systemic Bi-Specific NanoAb is a preclinical-stage VHH-based bispecific antibody (nanobody) being developed by Scinai Bioservices, a division of Scinai Immunotherapeutics. The molecule is engineered in a VHH-Fc format to simultaneously neutralize the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-17A and IL-17F, along with a third undisclosed target, to provide enhanced anti-inflammatory activity. It is intended for systemic administration as a long-acting biologic for the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and hidradenitis suppurativa. The dual-target architecture is designed to offer a differentiated mechanism and dosing profile compared to existing single-target IL-17 therapies. As of late 2025, the program has applied for a €15 million grant under the EU STEP program to support its development.
