Overview

SZ003 is a humanized Fab fragment of an anti-human Glycoprotein Ibα (GPIbα) antibody developed by Guangdong ProCapZoom Biosciences. It is designed as a novel antithrombotic drug to prevent and treat arterial thrombosis. The drug works by effectively inhibiting GPIbα receptor-mediated platelet activation and thrombosis without causing thrombocytopenia or bleeding. It binds to GPIbα, inhibiting platelet aggregation, and has shown promise in preclinical studies.
