Overview
SZ003 CAR-NK is a chimeric antigen receptor-natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Guangdong ProCapZoom Biosciences. It consists of natural killer (NK) cells engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor targeting an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen. The therapy is designed for immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities, leveraging the innate cytotoxicity of NK cells enhanced by the specificity provided by the CAR construct. This approach aims to improve immune-mediated killing of cancer cells while potentially reducing some risks associated with other cellular therapies such as CAR-T. The primary indication under investigation has been liver cancer[1][2].
