Overview
SZ011 CAR-NK is a preparation of natural killer (NK) cells that have been genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen. This cell therapy is designed to enhance the innate cytotoxic activity of NK cells by directing them specifically against cancer cells expressing the target antigen. Unlike traditional T cell-based therapies, NK cell therapies can be developed as "off-the-shelf" products from healthy donors and do not require strict human leukocyte antigen matching. This approach aims to provide rapid and potentially safer immunotherapy options for patients with advanced cancers, such as triple-negative breast cancer[1][2][3].
