SZ1003 is an investigational small-molecule anticancer agent being developed as an injectable formulation for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a form of primary liver cancer with limited systemic therapy options.[1][3][5][14][15][17] It is currently in an early phase 1, open-label, 3+3 dose-escalation clinical trial designed to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced HCC, but its precise molecular target, pathway, and chemical class have not yet been publicly disclosed.[1][3][5][14][15][17] The program is sponsored by Guangdong ProCapZoom Biosciences and associated entities and represents part of a broader oncology pipeline focused on solid tumors.[3][9][11][12]
