Drug intelligence / Profile preview
T-4008-1 is a small molecule triple reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI) developed by EasyMind (Beijing EasyMind Technology) for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD). By simultaneously inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, T-4008-1 aims to provide a more comprehensive therapeutic effect and a faster onset of action than conventional antidepressants like SSRIs or SNRIs. The compound is designed to address the limitations of current therapies, such as low remission rates and delayed clinical response. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials in China.
